APiS Inspections

A Standard Pre Purchase Building Inspection Report as defined under the Australian Standards A.S.4349.1 does not incorporate an Electrical Report as part of this report.

An Electricial Report is classed as a Special Purpose report.

When a licensed APIS electrician inspects your property they do so with your safety firmly in mind, so it's good to know that you won't get a more thorough inspection report anywhere else.

Your APIS electrical inspector looks at the condition of smoke alarms, safety switches, power points, earths, Electricial Items such as stoves and pumps etc; indeed you receive a comprehensive analysis on the integrity of the entire electrical in the home.

The Standard Building report will notify you of any problem areas that were visible on the day and will naturally refer you to Contact our office to organise a Electricial report covering the areas picked up in the Building report.
