Plumbing Inspections

A Standard Pre purchase building reports as defined under the Australian Standards A.S.4349.1 does not incorporate a plumbing report as part of this report.

A plumbing report is classed as a Special purpose report.

It's vital that your property's plumbing system is fully functional, without leaks or blockages; nor the potential for damage for tree roots or other structures. That's why you'll be glad you've called in your local APIS plumbing inspector.

Every APIS plumbing inspector is fully qualified and licensed by his or her state authority and they are trained to notice everything about any plumbing system.

If the inspector finds the slightest potential for future leaks you'll know about it and this is particularly important with the water restrictions currently in place in many parts of Australia.

The Standard Building report will notify you of any problem areas that were visible on the day and will naturally refer you to Contact our office to organise a Plumbing report covering the areas picked up in the Building report.
