does not incorporate a Engineers report as part of this report.
An Engineers report is classed as a Special Purpose report.
An Engineers Report will not provide you with a Complete and comprehensive report of the Property. They do not have to walk over the roof etc. They will not comment on damage to wall and ceiling linings. They will only comment ot the Structural aspect of the building only.
