HOW ?

1.    By obtaining a completely independent report to your client.

2.    This report will comment on all aspects of the property.

3.    This report will bring to your client their responsibilities to the property.

4.    This report will include comments pertaining to termite management to their property.

So what could I expect this type of report to include

1.    Our report will comment on every component that makes up the building

2.    These components will be described by their rooms and sub floor region where applicable.

3.    These components will incorporate all aspects of the external of the building

4.    These components will include any relevant structure inc fences and driveways to the property.

5.    This report will clearly identify defects to the property and we will place a red button to highlight those defects so rectification can be carried out.

6.    Once rectification has been carried out a reinspection of those rectifications can be organised if required.

7.    Our report will identify the placement of the required Termite management Certificates.

8.    Our report will bring to your clients their responsibility their Duty of Care to the property once they have taken passion of the property.

9.    Will include a minimum of 4 photos of the building at Handover.

1.    Prove your integrity to your client and maintain a Builder Client relationship
2.    Reduce the chance of stressful disputes.
3.    Provide you with evidence at handover by using a completely independent organization. Some one who is not affiliated with the Builder in any way..
4.    Use the report to sort out any possible dispute before a dispute gets out of Hand.
5.    Where disputes may arise our report can be provided as evidence to the Building Tribunals.
